I haven't posted pictures from my garden for a while now so today I thought you might like to see some winter impressions. Yes we've finally got winter over here too, we have frost since Monday and today we've even got a tiny bid of the white stuff, as you can see in some of today's photos:
A frosty heart:
A frosty enamel cake:
My patio with the bird houses and lanterns etc. is always a quite nice sight:
My garden princess covered with a touch of snow:
Plants are covered with moss to keep them warm:
I love the look of it, when my garden balls are covered with snow and/or frost:
The frosty lantern kind of glows in the morning light:
I hope that you've liked to see a few garden pictures for a change.

*sigh* Wonderfull! We had some snow this morning as well - but I had not time to take photos... ;-(((
Hi Carol, how lovely it all looks! Alas, our snow has all gone! Clare x
Snow is transforming in its beauty, isn't it! Its been snowing here today, from time to time. The air has been white and thick with the snowfall. I love to see it come down and cover the world with its pristine lovliness. Beautiful pictures...
Very nice your winter decoration with snow.
Here it is only very cold, but no snow yet.
I love that you chose to show us winter garden pictures. I think there is so much beauty to be found in the garden in all seasons. Winter time can have a special magical quality to it especially with the first snowfall or morning frost. I love the way the light makes everything so shimmery. Beautiful. TWT
Beautiful pictures ~ I love the whimsical feeling of your garden!
A fresh sprinkling of fallen snow makes for ~wonderful photos~ of your elaborate garden!
You are brave in leaving all the globes and glass outdoors I fear mine will crack with the cold so indoors they go.
~Everthing~ is enchanting and a delight to view!hugs
Another ~~sigh~~~
Maybe two.
Hi Carol,
Beautiful photos as usual. Your Garden Princess is gorgeous. And I love the idea of mossy blankets for keeping your plants cosy! So cute!
We still have'nt seen snow in the SW of England.

Wishing I was a frost faerie to hover about
your garden sprinkling ice glitter
& to be playing there.
=^..^= love & kisses, zU
The pictures of your garden are lovey. To be a delight even in the winter is a blessing! The TTC is has a thick blanket of snow of snow right. There is much beauty even in that.
I love your hearts and am so inspired by them!
Although I love summer I cant deny I'm a fan of your winter garden!
We also got snow a week ago and now the view is like a postcard. Nice to be your swap partner again. Hugs!!!
What beautiful photography! And your garden is certainly gorgeous!
Hi Carol, Oh so lovely pics of your winter garden. Winter, spring, summer or fall, your garden is a little piece of heaven here on earth. Truly lovely! We had a bit of snow fall here yesterday which is real unusual for us, but alas it did not lay upon the earth. It was rather magical watching the big flakes float, swirl around and finally land on the ground where they just kinda blinked and disappeared.
Even in the winter you have such a beautiful garden. I like all the bulbs and beautiful colors in the garden. The snow makes the garden look just beautiful.........
Your garden looks as pretty as ever with its snowy frosting. Beautiful pictures. Marion

Thank you for your nice comment in my blog. And I have really enjoyed visiting yours. Your photos are fantastic and your garden amazing. And the craft projects you do are so beautiful. I will come back...
The snow didn't last very long here in England, I wonder if your garden is still snowy.
Hi Carol!
I just found your blog. I love your photos and I will be sure to bookmark you. I think we have a lot of the same interests and passions.
The heart swap looks like fun too!
I may join in too!

Carol, your garden is fantastic. i am so jealous of your weather. outside of chicago we have mucho snow and i fear my garden globes would crack if left outside. i yearn for spring. keep the pics coming.
Carol, your garden is a joy to behold no matter what the season.
Seeing the apples reminded me that I had dressed up some pots with apples too, after seeing it on your blog. They must have looked very realistic, as the "critters" in the neighborhood have helped themselves to them, apparently thinking they were real food. I see them scattered in snowbanks and walkways all over my yard!
I love the photo of the heart in the snow! Your garden is so pretty at all times of the year Carol.
I hope you are enjoying a nice weekend and keeping cozy!
Carol............your garden is a delight any time of the year! These photos are great! I love all the balls and color!
Your garden is beautiful through all four seasons.
