On the picture above you can see some spring flowers that I got on the end of January, just when I already started to think that we would not see any real snow here this winter. Then in February the weather suddenly changed from this
to this!

I love the 2nd picture of the sculpture wearing a crown. She looks a bit like a winter fairy princess with that beautiful dusting of snow.
How kind of your daughter...your new look is really nice!
I agree with Mrs. Staggs...that one picture is really great! I've never seen that statue anywhere. Your garden looks so pretty in the winter! What a great thing to look out the window and see.
LOVE the new look Carol!
You had quite a fall of snow there, but your garden still has its magical quality....Love the little rusty iron bird peeking from his snow cave!
Carol, I love the new look of your blog. How nice of your daughter to surprise you with this. Your garden looks simply magical in the snow.

Carol, your blog looks absolutely LOVELY.Your daughter did a good job!
And what a lovely photo's again.
Hello Carol! I really like the new look of your blog! Your daughter is ever so clever. I also enjoyed the snowy photos of your garden. But I am getting a bit tired of the white stuff here in Norway (even though it is pretty) - this winter of ours seems never ending... And I envy you a little bit for the fact that you may start your gardening season already.
Your new look is fab! I adore your garden snow photos too, they are lovely. You have such a gorgeous garden. I wish I had room for one. I plan to do some container gardening when we get settled into our new place the first of April.
Carol, I love the new look of your blog. Great Job by dear daughter. Your winter pictures were lovely to see again. tempos today are a bit higher than they have been and I I am goign to my garden today to do some clean up...its so in need of some TLC from me. Looking forward to getting my hands dirty. Woke to birds singing this morning and that to me says spring is on her way, hooray!
Hallo Carola,
mir gefällt der neue Look sehr gut, aber ich mochte auch den alten sehr gerne. Jetzt ist ja auch die Schrift etwas größer, so dass ich es besser lesen kann. Man ist halt nicht mehr die Jüngste. :))
Oooh, I love the new look. Wish I could get mine to look like that.
Your blog is very pretty! You are lucky that your daughter is so talented - she must get it from you! :) Thanks for sharing your pictures. Your winter garden is magical...
Such a pretty winter wonderland! Your photos are always so gorgeous! (I've been trying to add a comment to your blog for a couple of days now... so glad I was finally able to get through the "blogger bug"!) I can't wait to see your lovely garden in the spring!
Your new look is very chic and the snow picture gorgeous!
Looking from inside to the outside is very picturesque.
Always enjoy your creativity.

Your fairyland is open, wow! Although I love that lady with the crown I have to admit that your white tree is stunning.
I'm happy you liked my heart. I put a lot of energy there, yes, but your worth of every stich. Now you can also choose which side you want to show.Hugs Maria
Okay, me and my head. I wanted to say that your daughter did excellent work and your blog looks very charming! I like these decorative curls a lot.
Lovely pics! I know I have looked at this post a couple times... but never left a comment!
Love the way the snow looks in your garden. You have my favorite garden... and it looks devine even in the winter!
Everything looks so beautiful with a mantle of snow! The new blog background is great. Debbie
