Welcome to Boxwood Cottage!
So glad that you found me! My blog is about everything I love like gardening, decorating my home & garden and crafting. Although I'm from Germany I write my blog in English so that hopefully every visitor can read it. Hope you'll stay a while and will leave me a comment so that I know that you were here! xoxo Carola

First garden works in 2006
I've been very lucky that I could already do some gardening two weeks ago, that is also when I took these photos. It is still snowing here from time to time and freezing a bit at night, yesterday it was hailing and very windy, but our weather is no comparison to the weather under which the poor people in the South of Germany had to suffer, they've had a real snow chaos again this weekend and all got stuck in the traffic for hours.

This last photo is the view through my kitchen window into the front garden and street.

Hi, Carol, nice pictures! You have no more snow in the moment?
I need sun and flowers!
Sigrun
Oh Allipalli! :D
You are in the process of creating your own blog, that's so cool! Just ask if you need any help!
Nope no snow here today!
your garden looks so much nicer in the winter than mine... I am jealous but I love your photos
Okay...where is my passport, I'll change the country....
1.Are these glassballs very usual there? I've seen them in magazines but nowhere here. That red one is my favourite, oh what a colour.
2. You have there some kind of birdbath? That one with mosaics..I've done some mosaicswork too it would be nice to see that bath closer.
Hi, Carol!
Love the pictures! Your garden is beautiful!
I wanted to let you know, too, that I have posted some pictures of my daughter's room on my blog if you'd like to see them. It's www.momsdailythoughts.blogspot.com.
Lovely and whimsical garden Carol! I love watching 'from a distance' how your garden grows...
Doesn't it look like spring at your house! How lovely.
I guess you will be happy when spring comes and you can get out into the garden. you really have a lovely garden, Carol.
I'm glad you all like my garden even without blooming flowers! I so can't wait for the bulbs to start blooming! Well I guess it's another 10 days until it's going to get any warmer here.*rollseyes*
Maria lol no don't move away from your country, you have such a beautiful garden! Yes the glassballs are very ususal here. The bird bath just stands on a mosaik pot that I've turned around. Nothing special. I've did some mosaic on pots a few years ago. I still have all the mosaic pieces and tools etc..
Yes sure Terri I'm coming over to have a look.
Carol.... You have such lovely decorations both inside and out of your home. I love the colour blue you have. My summer house is that same colour.
Marion.
Message for Sigrun... So very pleased that you are creating your own blog. Looking forward to progress. M
