New V-day creations & a Valentine's day give away!

Happy Love Day dear blogging friends and readers and welcome back to Boxwood Cottage on Valentine's Day!

I'm still in this red and pink mood and still creating Valentines in my studio and this what my studio table looks like right now:

So what did I create with all that stuff apart from the chocolate or candy heart boxes and silver glittered love birds that I showed you in my last post you ask?

Well there are the soldered heart charms in the photo above for example and also the the cupid arrows and the quiver for my mannequin that you can see in the photo below:

Well actually I was waiting for natural light to take theses photos but I had no luck, when I had time to shoot it was always cloudy or dark outside, but I still wanna share my cupid with you, so here it is in it's full glory and flash light:

A close up of the arrows:

Another thing I made are these sweet candy cones:

They are so fun to embellish:

I hung it with a hook from my new favorite studio toy:

Which is my Räskog cart from Ikea, one of my best birthday gifts that I had on my wish list and got from my dear sister:

It's such a handy thing to have when creating and gives me more free space on top of the table

Since it's made out of metal you can pin all kind of things on it simply by using magnets.

Now to my little love day give away:
If you are faithful follower of my blog or will become a new follower and will leave me a comment under this post telling me which was your favorite of my V-Day creations from this post and the last one and also leaving your e-mail addy so that I can get back to you, I'll put your name in one of my top hats and will draw the winner of a prettily wrapped soldered heart and arrow parcel within the next two weeks. Of course internationally friends are more than welcome to play along!

Good Luck!

If you like to share the love you can use the button above and post it at your blog or side bar.

I hope you liked the photos and creations I shared with you today and wish you all a fun and lovely Valentine's Day and I'll see you again soon, probably already with some Spring & Easter decor and creations since Easter is only a mere 6 weeks away from now!

~ Happy Love Day to you ~

xoxo~ Carola

Most of all I loved the sodered hearts you made with the German font on it Maienzeit! That reminds me of my childhood in Germany when we used to go to church in Mai...Maiandacht! Thank you for the memories....

Carola, your blog is always so inspiring.. and this post was no exception! Love the arrows, the charms, and all the other delicious items on your worktable; the little floral pincushion caught my eye! Oh, and that IKEA cart is ideal; I'll need to see if they still carry it. :) I'm your newest follower - you will make some lucky person very very happy with your giveway! Happy LOVE day to you.

I've just started following your blog in the last couple of weeks and oh, how I'm enjoying it! You are so very creative and I'm impressed by the variety of things you create and how you go all out on the holidays! My favorite of your Valentine creations is close between the soldered charms and the wonderful arrows. I guess I would say the arrows because they are so unique. It was a great decision to mix them up with different designs and materials rather than making all the same. Your cupid is amazing! Just in case I win, here is my email addy
Peace to your heart,
Sara <3

Liebe Carola!

How can I choose a favorite??? They are all so lovely. Okay, I think I shall pick your white Valentine's box... it is so dramatic in white, silver and black. I love it!

You sure have been busy with all the red and pink... can't wait to see what you do for Easter!

Carola, you have been very, very busy with your beautiful creations. I am always amazed!Love the Maienzeit charm, since my birthday is in May
I like your new cart. It certainly can keep things organized. Did not spot that, when I was at Ikea not long ago.
Your flashlight pictures were perfect.
Hope you are well, and wish you an early spring.

How are you doing Carola?
I adore your valentines. The one you gave me last year is hanging in my studio now:) Love the way the punch of red looks in your otherwise black & white room. I looked at the caddy from Ikea online last week. Now I think I need to order it!
