Welcome to Boxwood Cottage!
So glad that you found me! My blog is about everything I love like gardening, decorating my home & garden and crafting. Although I'm from Germany I write my blog in English so that hopefully every visitor can read it. Hope you'll stay a while and will leave me a comment so that I know that you were here! xoxo Carola

A garden overview for Sue!
Sue has sent me lovely e-mails with photos of her London city flat with a gorgeous ickle patio and garden (where she lives with her husband, a dog and 3 cats, one of them looks like our Sammy!) and of her country cottage in New Forest, Hampshire where she has created a delightful garden from what was a field before. Unfortunately she has no time for an own blog at the moment. In all her e-mails she wrote how much she likes to see views of my garden. Well my garden is quite small so it has not to many views but here are a few up-to-date shots of my terrace and back yard. So Sue here is for you and of course everyone else who likes to see more views of my garden:

Wo führt denn die Treppe hin? Die ist mir ja noch nie aufgefallen
Delightful, as always! Your containers are out of this world. They are so lush and healthy looking. What is your secret?
Lis sie führt auf die Terrasse!
Tracy thank you, no there is no secret other then my love for the Nature and for decorating.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. How do you do it? You have so many different looks or rooms to your garden. Each one so enticing. Love all your containers and garden objects. You make it look so easy but for those of us who have tried, I realize what effort it takes to create this eden. I am so glad you posted overview shots, what a treat. TWT
So beautiful! My garden is looking a little tired now. I spent a lot of time this weekend cutting things back. I guess that just means I'll have to come over here and visit you more often Carol!
Hope you have a nice day!
Thank you very much for showing us your beautiful garden.I just can't take my eyes from the lovely photo's
Beautiful as always. I can`t wait for my plants to get bigger and wider and be everywhere. But I think it`s going to take awhile.
You have lovely flowers.

Carol, charming, as usual! I'm intrigued by the ivy-entwined glass votive holder chandelier hanging above the table, or is it hanging from the tree nearby?
Your garden is enchanting!
Carol, your garden is so enchantingly beautiful and your photography is excellent! Have you considered doing something professionally with your photos? I love ALL of your glass ornaments, especially the one with the little bird and the one with the fleur de lis. Thank you again!
As usual I feel like I want to be there! lovely pics Carol and it looks like you still are having nice weather,we have had so much wind and rain lately, the gardens are getting spoiled:( Thank goodness I can visit yours.!
Aww thank you all for your lovely comments again ladies, you are too kind, but it's so nice to hear that!
Yes losroses it's hanging from a tree!
The weather has been very mixed here for the last 2 weeks or so Gena. The sun is coming out every now and then, but not long enough. Saturday we've had good weather until 7 pm then the world seem to go under because of so much rain we've got then and it didn't really stop to rain since then.
Oh and "Another Carol" thanks for asking, but I have no idea really about what to do with my photos, I was thinking about a garden calendar, but they are quite expensive to make and I would have to sell them even more expensive to earn some money and I don't think people would be willing to pay so much, so nope no plans yet.
vglqJust heavenly it is! It might be small Carol (so is my garden) but it is ever so lovely and always wonderful to stroll your garden through your pics you post. Thanks.
You have so many lovely things. I feel like I'm looking through a fantastic garden art shop and I get to pick all my favourite things!
Hi Carol, nice to see your garden again. And also nice, that you have found your creative side again! I think, my creative side is not so big!

Wow! You call this a small garden?! It really doesn't seem too small to me because you even have a pathway! Oh I just adore what you've done! A beautiful retreat!
